a. Sponsors: This program is co-sponsored for Military and Federal GETN subscribers by the Veterans Administration and the Department of Defense Medical Interagency Satellite Program (DOD MIST) with the technical support of the Satellite Education Network (SEN) at Ft. Lee, VA.
b. Availability: This program will be available to military and federal GETN/MIST sites that have GETN/ATN/Warrior digital satellite downlinks. A listing of potential GETN receive sites can be seen here: GETN Site Locations.
No C/Ku Band Analog satellite is available for this program.
Videoconferencing may be available to selected military and federal VTC sites using the USA TNET or the USN CNET networks and other VTC networks able to connect to this satellite feed. Site coordinators using VTC are responsible for their own bridge coordination.

c. Target Audience Statement: This broadcast is designed for military, federal, state and local engineers, safety/industrial hygiene, EMS, infection control, and occupational health clinicians.
d. Program Summary: Moisture incursion and mold recognition has evolved into a common problem within VHA’s infrastructure, both in owned (GSA) and leased buildings. This broadcast will present a structured, nationally recommended approach to the recognition and management of mold and moisture problems developed from a national, non-VHA consensus. It will include presentation of an algorithm and of a (pre-lease) building assessment checklist and of graphics and pictures of moisture and mold problems.
