Distributive Learning Networks Inc, (DLNETS, INC.) it clients and its co-sponsors respect your privacy!   In accordance with US Government Privacy Act guidelines, and the standards of the Online Privacy Alliance (http://www.privacyalliance.org/), the cumulative body of registration information collected through the registration forms on this website to include your organization’s title, point of contact, telephone numbers, email address, and mailing address will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, traded, rented, loaned, or otherwise disclosed.

Distributive Learning Networks, Inc. (DLNETS, INC.)  is the sole owner of the information collected at the site. We will not share this information with any third party.  This restriction is to include selling, reselling, sharing, trading, leasing or renting any personally identifiable information about you or your organization.

The only exceptions are as follows:

1. If a current, past, or potential program viewer in your city calls requesting assistance in locating a downlink site to view a program, we will release your organization’s name, point of contact, and telephone number in the hope you may be willing to assist that other organization UNLESS YOU HAVE SPECIFICALLY TOLD US NOT TO.  At no time are cumulative lists of phone numbers, email addresses, or other contact information for cities, counties, states or national entities provided to the National Guard or its many co-sponsors or to  any other clients of Distributive Learning Networks, Inc.(DLNETS, Inc.)  for sale, rent, trade, solicitation, lease or other contact use.
2.  Email messages such as those which provide program feedback and contain individual email addresses are stripped of their return email addresses and are furnished anonymously to the program managers and its co-sponsors. The only exception is a message where you requested to be contacted by management or a co-sponsor/producer.
3.   Your organization and the estimated live and videotape viewer totals at your site may be listed in a compilation of viewing sites for any particular program for the benefit of any sponsor who underwrote the costs and content of the program so that, in some cases, the grant money funding the programming may be continued.   Cumulative lists of organizational points of contact,  phone numbers, email addresses, or other contact information will not be provided  to any clients  or sponsors  of Distributive Learning Networks, Inc (DLNETS, Inc)
4.  You or your organization may at any time request to have your entire registration or any part of your information file deleted.

Cookies:  This web site does not use "cookies" . Cookies can be used by web site managers to determine who has visited their web site. Cookies can capture and store your email address which can then be used to send you additional "junk" email. Distributive Learning Networks, Inc. does not engage in this practice. The Satellite Programs Coordinator will undertake an annual audit of this data to ensure its quality and correctness. Other than as noted above, the Satellite Programs Coordinator will maintain strict access to the information furnished on its program registration forms.
