Indoor Completion Guidelines 

Cart Location – Installation Directions: 

1.       Place both IRD’s and mic’s on the bottom shelf per cart diagram.  Place VCR, power passive splitter, surge protector, and audio convener on the 2^nd shelf.  Place TV on the top shelf.

2.       The IF cable is to terminate at the Panamax surge protector; IF cable is then routed to the power divider, IF cable to port 1 (SA 9234) and IF cable to port 2 (SA 9235).

3.       The A/V cables from the SA 9234 are to be routed to the VCR, and the RF cable from the  SA 9235 is to be routed to the VCR.

4.    From the VCR, the audio cable is to be routed to the AT Products phone convener, and the video cable is to be routed to the TV.  The audio cable from the phone convener is to be routed to the TV. 

5.       The (2’) 4 pin connector phone cable is to be routed from the convener to the surge protector, and then a phone cable is to be routed from the surge protector to the wall jack.

6    A ¼” plug from phone convener is routed to the 1^st mic, and then a 1/8” plug from the first mic is daisy chained to the remaining mics. PLEASE NOTE: WHEN DEPRESSING THE MUTE BUTTON ON THE LAST MIC, AUDIO FROM CNN MUST BE MUTED IN ORDER TO DETERMINE IF THE PTT MICROPHONES ARE WORKING CORRECTLY.

7.      The TV is to be set to a/v mode; the VCR is to be switched from A/V for the (SA 9234) and to channel 3 for the (SA 9235).

8.      PLEASE NOTE:   PLEASE ATTACH VELCRO TO THE CART TO ATTACH BOTH THE POWER DIVIDER AND THE REMOTE CONTROLS.

9.      PLEASE NOTE:   PLEASE USE TIE WRAPS TO DRESS UP ALL LOOSE CABLES TO THE CART LEGS WHERE APPLICABLE TO INSURE CART LOOKS NEAT!!
