b. Program Overview: FEMA’s Program Description is as follows: This broadcast is for students of military history. It will provide the story of four Americans who experienced Gettysburg as soldiers, an event that would not only effect their lives, but those of their families and the men who led the country in this time of war. This is a wonderful opportunity to visit to the battlefield park at Gettysburg without leaving your office.
c. Target Audience Statement: This program is targeted to military historians and those with an interest in the historical background of those who fought at the battle of Gettysburg during the Civil War.

f. VideoTape Availability: Due to budget cutbacks, FEMA no longer routinely provides free videotapes of their programs. Most State Emergency Management Offices or FEMA Regional Offices may have a copy of a particular broadcast date that you can borrow. (All VTC users must coordinate with their own videobridge operations centers for connectivity.) Local site use coordination of satellite downlinks will be also be required.
