c. Program Objectives: This broadcast is to show law enforcement officers, forensic scientists, prosecutors and other officials the reality between television fiction and how things work in real investigations.

The program may also be available to a limited number of non-satellite capable military or federal sites via VTC terrestrial relay using the US Army TNET, US Navy CNET or Army National Guard DTTP Network.
