a. Sponsors: These program are sponsored by The Department of Justice(DOJ) Television Network and the Army National Guard (NGB-ART-D).
b. Availability: These FREE non-scrambled, public domain program will be on the Military/Federal GETN/Warrior satellite networks whose downlinks are found at USA and USAF installations and at over 200+ ANG locations at STARC HQs and ANG bases. (These programs have NO C or KU-Band analog satellite availability.) Limited videoconferencing connectivity for selected military sites may be available through special arrangement on the USA TNET, or Navy CNET videoconferencing networks. ARNG DTTP VTC connectivity may also be available through special arrangement with the DTTP VOC Operations Center. Local site use coordination of satellite downlinks will be required. An archived webcast will be available. Contact Ed Kronholm’s office at 877-820-0305 if you have a question or problem locating a site.
Will these programs be Video streamed: There are no plans for a webcast, live or archived, for any of these programs.

Federal Employee Health Benefits
Unable to attend a Health Benefits Fair this year? During this session,
representatives from the Nationwide Fee for Service Health Benefit Programs will
present information regarding key plan features and benefits. Each presentation
will last approximately 20 minutes. The Open Season for the Federal Employee
Health Benefit Program for 2004 will be from November 10 to December 8, 2003.
This will be a great opportunity to compare available plans and make an informed
decision during Open Season.

Federal Employee Health Benefits
Health Benefits are one of the most valuable advantages to being a federal
employee. Join host Terri McDonald and Mike Kaszynski, a Policy Analyst with
the Office of Personnel Management, Office of Insurance Programs (OIP), Policy
and Information Division. Mr. Kaszynski will provide valuable information about
the Federal Employees Health Benefit Program, including enrollment, what to do
when family status changes, and the relationship between Health Benefits, Long
Term Care, and Flexible Spending Account Programs. This is a live program and
