a.  Sponsors:  This program is made possible by the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute at Patrick AFB Florida.  

b.  Availability:  This free, public domain broadcast will be available on the GETN Military/Federal/Warrior digital CDV satellite networks ONLY.  These sites are available at over 1,000 military and federal locations throughout the United States.  (There is NO C-Band or  KU analog or digital coverage.)  Other private and public satellite networks will not carry the program. (Note: This program WILL NOT be available on small digital dish networks such as DirecTV or Echostar systems.) 

Will this program be Video streamed?  No…

c.  Target Audience Statement:  Primary target audiences for this program will include unit commanders, EEO personnel and other government and military personnel with an interest in Organization Climate Surveys.    

d. Program Summary:  This program is a special training session highlighting the benefits and use of the DEOMI Organizational Climate Survey (DEOCS). The DEOCS is a commander’s tool which assesses diversity, equal opportunity, and equal employment opportunity issues within an organization.  This program will include frequently asked questions about the DEOCS as well as providing step by step guidance for ordering the survey.   

f.  CEUs, CMEs, Certificates:  There are no CEUs, CMEs, or completion certificates available for this program.

h.  Videotape release (if taping from broadcast):  This FREE program is unclassified and non-scrambled.  There are no copyright restrictions on this program, however it MAY NOT be videotaped and re-broadcast where fees are attached to its showing.  No portion of this program may be used for commercial purposes or for-profit purposes without additional permission of the sponsors.
