(ASHRAE), and Department of Defense Medical Interagency Satellite Training Program (MIST) with the technical support of the Satellite Education Network (SEN) at Ft. Lee, VA. 

b.  Availability:  This program will be available to military and federal GETN sites that have GETN/ATN/Warrior digital satellite downlinks.   

MIST affiliate satellite networks such as the VA’s Employee Education System and the Department of Justice Television Network may also carry this program but IAW with their own scheduling requirements. 

C Band analog coordinates and live and archived webcasts will be available for this program.  Refer to the final confirmation, sent 2-3 days prior to the broadcast, for this information. 

Videoconferencing availability may be available to selected military and federal VTC sites using the USA TNET or the USN CNET networks and other VTC networks able to connect to this satellite feed.   Site coordinators using VTC are responsible for their own bridge coordination.

c.  Target Audience Statement:  This program is targeted to military and federal designers, architects and contractors, and others with an interest in Indoor Environmental Design.

e.  Program  Summary:  This broadcast will present specific solutions to the everyday challenges of achieving indoor environmental quality within real-world budget constraints.  Speakers will describe how you can provide ventilation air that helps protect the building from mold risk, how to avoid the three most common mistakes in ventilation system design and operation, how to achieve all three goals of IAQ, thermal comfort and noise control at lower cost through better air distribution decisions, and how to provide comprehensive filtration without breaking your budget.  This program is sponsored by ASHRAE's Chapter Technology Transfer Committee.
