a. Sponsors: This program series is sponsored by the U.S. Department of Energy Federal Energy Management Program, as part of the Federal Energy Management Program with the assistance of Greening America and Applied Management Associates, Inc. (AMA)
b. Availability: These FREE, public domain, live and interactive programs will be available via satellite downlink and on the Military/Federal CDV DETN digital satellite networks. A live and achieved web cast of each program will also be available. DETN digital satellite downlinks are found at selected military and federal installations at over 1,000 locations in the United States. Other federal and private satellite networks may also carry this program. For those without satellite access, a link to a webcast portal will also be available.
c. Target Audience Statement: The primary target audience for this program series includes energy managers, facilities engineers, utilities managers, operations and maintenance personnel, financing personnel, contracting professionals, water resource personnel, and other federal and military managers seeking opportunities to improve energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy technologies in the following areas: new construction and retrofits; equipment procurement; operations and maintenance; and utility management. Although this program is targeted to federal and military energy management managers, civilian management personnel working in these areas may also greatly benefit from the information gained within these free workshops.
